Farm Share Friday!

**Every Friday through October, Holyoke Home is posting images from our weekly farm share at Mountain View Farm in Easthampton. I hope you'll enjoy seeing what the farm has to offer!**

How many photos of the farm are too many for one day? Seriously. I don't want to lose you, but I have so much to post this week.   Garlic Scapes - potent!
Snap Peas, snow peas and shelling peas were ready.
The flowers really benefitted from not being picked last week.
In terms of other veggies? The share this week was truly bountiful: beets, summer squash, fennel, chinese cabbage, scallions and every braising and salad green known to man.

  8. My office neighbor makes pesto with garlic scapes. She says it's so amazing that you want to eat it out of the container with a spoon! I may try to grow them next year in my herb garden.

  9. . Farmers or people who engage in agricultural business could not supply as with what we need without the help of the agricultural tractors.

  11. Does your farm share box ever come with squash? if so, what about sweet potato squash (aka, delicata)? you must try it if you haven't already. they're delicious. all of your food this summer was truly amazing. it almost makes you panic looking at it all because it's going to be gone soon. i wish i could hoard it! :)
