Gooseberry Bush Finds Loving Home

The awful prickly gooseberry bush we inherited from the previous home owners found a new home.

  1. My grandmother had a gooseberry bush when I was growing up in Missouri. I remember in the summer picking the berries and eating them and how very sour they tasted! I have not seen another bush since then!

  2. Great! We're doing some transplanting ourselves, soon. We have a few lovelies who are crowding the house...

  4. What do you do with gooseberries? I've been picking elderberries and those are a bear to harvest! But they make wonderful jelly and pies!
