I'm just starting teaching classes at the Y. The one I've got now is a bit too group-exercise-to-music for me, so I need to change it up. I can't be one of those superhumans like you people who can actually DO the exercise and talk about it at the same time. Any advice?

Oh good lord...I ask that question of the Giz every morning. But my boss hates his standard of work with all the typos and lack of any sort of sense. So i continue to drag myself to work every day. Someone has to earn the bucks to keep the dog in the life he is accustomed to..
